عنوان مقاله : ارزیابی اثر روش کاشت، وزن و تراکم بنه بر ویژگی­های رشد و عملکرد زعفران (Crocus sativa L).
خلاصه مقاله : به منظور بررسی اثر تراکم و وزن بنه و روش کاشت بر خصوصیات رویشی و زایشی زعفران (Crocus sativus L)، آزمایشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در دو سال زراعی 89-1388 و 90-1389 به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. سه گروه وزنی بنه (کمتر از 5 گرم، بین 5 تا 8 گرم و بیشتر از 8 گرم) و دو تراکم بنه در طول 40 سانتی­متر (5 و 10 بنه) در دو روش کاشت (ردیفی و کپه­ای) به عنوان تیمار مدنظر قرار گرفتند. صفات مورد بررسی شامل وزن خشک برگ و فلس، طول برگ، قطر بنه، تعداد بنه دختری، وزن و تعداد بنه در سه گروه وزنی (4-2، 8-4 و 16-8 گرم)، وزن تر و تعداد گل و وزن کلاله زعفران در واحد سطح بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اثرات ساده وزن و تراکم بنه و روش کاشت بر کلیه خصوصیات مورد بررسی زعفران در هر دو سال آزمایش معنی­ دار بود. با افزایش وزن و تراکم بنه، خصوصیات رویشی و عملکرد بهبود یافت. افزایش تعداد بنه از 5 به 10 بنه در طول 40 سانتی­متر، وزن کلاله را در سال­های اول و دوم به ترتیب برابر با 12 و 10 درصد بهبود داد. افزایش وزن بنه ­ها از 5 گرم تا بیشتر از 8 گرم باعث بهبود بیش از 100 درصد وزن کلاله در هر دو سال شد. روش کاشت کپه­ ای باعث بهبود 25 و 23 درصدی وزن کلاله به ترتیب برای سال­های اول و دوم در مقایسه با روش ردیفی شد. همچنین اثر متقابل تیمارهای مختلف بر خصوصیات زعفران معنی­ دار نبود.
